Terms and Conditions

1. General Information
Whiz TCG specializes in selling authentic Pokémon cards and sealed products. By purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full before shipping.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Shipping & Handling

We ship orders within 3 business days after payment confirmation, unless the product is a preorder. In that case, the estimated shipment date will be clearly stated in the product description.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected.
Whiz TCG is not responsible for shipping delays caused by postal services or customs.

4. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the nature of sealed products and the Pokémon industry, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact Josh@Whiztcg.net within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Requests for order cancellations made within 7 business days of purchase are subject to a 6% cancellation fee, provided the order has not yet shipped.

5. Authenticity Guarantee

All products sold by Whiz TCG are 100% authentic and factory-sealed (unless otherwise stated).
We do not sell fake, resealed, or proxy cards.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase only if they have not yet shipped.
After 24 hours or once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Approved cancellations are subject to a 6% cancellation fee.

Return and Refund Policy

Whiz TCG – Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of sealed products and the Pokémon industry, we do not accept returns on most items. However, we do allow cancellations under strict conditions:

✅ Order cancellations must be requested within 7 business days of purchase and are subject to a 6% cancellation fee, provided the item has not yet shipped.
✅ Damaged or incorrect items are eligible for support—please see section 3 below.

2. Non-Returnable Items

🚫 All sales are final.
🚫 Opened or used products (including booster boxes or packs that have been unsealed) are not returnable.
🚫 Single cards are final sale.
🚫 Buyer-damaged products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item:

✉️ Contact Josh@WhizTCG.net within 24 hours of delivery.
📸 Include clear photos of the item and your packing slip.
✅ We will assess the situation and, if eligible, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

4. Return Process (Only for Damaged or Incorrect Items)

1️⃣ Contact Us – Email Josh@WhizTCG.net with your order number and details.
2️⃣ Assessment – If eligible, we will provide return or replacement instructions.
3️⃣ Shipping – In some cases, return of the damaged item may be required.
4️⃣ Resolution – Once we receive and verify the return, we will issue your refund or replacement.

5. Refunds

Refunds are only applicable in cases of seller error or verified damage.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of return approval.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the error was on our part.
